CCDI held our November Saturday Academy session at North Technical High School this past weekend and had an awesome turnout of 43 students and 12 program alumni come out to participate in “Trades Day”. This annual session is an opportunity for students to engage in different trade related demonstration stations each taught by former graduates of the CCDI program who work in those career pathways. Huge thank you to Mr. Patrick Hanneken for coordinating and planning all the activities! Special thanks to the subcontractors, Flooring Systems Inc. and Wies Drywall and Construction Corp. that donated materials for the demo stations and to all the CCDI Alumni who took time out of their Saturday to teach the next generation of trades men and women! It was an awesome event with our biggest turnout of students yet to date! #BuildingTheFoundationForChange
