Good News with our CCDI Alum Update! TiMyra Granger, 2019 CCDI grad, checked in this week and gave us an update on where she is working and how much she is enjoying her career as a concrete finisher for Tarlton Corporation! She sent us some videos and photos of her and her team restoring walls at the old Post-Dispatch building.
TiMyra said she has learned more than she ever thought she would in the first year of her apprenticeship: “Although the work can be challenging, I’m lucky to be on a crew that works together and helps me to get better at my job everyday. I’m thankful for the opportunity to be a part of the CCDI program and for all the people at Tarlton who have stuck by my side and never gave up on me.”
