CCDI’s Build Our Future 2020 Scholarship recipient, Catalina who recently graduated from Ritenour HS, had the opportunity to job shadow her new CCDI mentor Nora S. on the job yesterday! Catalina will be joining Nora to study engineering this fall at Mizzou. In addition to her scholarship award, CCDI is helping to expose Catalina to the different pathways in engineering. She will continue to job shadow over the summer, spending time both in the office and in the field.
