Job Placement
After meeting with students and their families during CCDI's Annual Job Fair, Thermal Mechanics Inc. was put into contact with Victor Morris. After interviewing him and others, Victor was the standout candidate. He was offered a full-time position and started on March 19th!

PayneCrest wished their favorite high school student a happy graduation! Hazelwood East/North Tech student, Joe Lawrence came to work for PayneCrest through CCDI and is now taking on full-time work with their team this summer as he continues to build his skill set and gain exposure to the contracting industry. Job Placement
Arlando is part of the CCDI program and was a 2017 North Tech High School Graduate. Arlando has been working with Kuesel Excavating for a year and recently received his Operating Engineer’s apprentice card! He is now is working on the jobsite of Clayco's Kingshighway project. Thanks to Mike Steiniger and Kuesel for investing Arlando’s future!
Volunteer Work
Apprentice Scholar Malik Johnson (2016 class) and apprentice scholar Chris Conners (2017 class) performed volunteer work with Tom Sieckhaus and the Clayco crew at Traditional Congregation in Creve Coeur, MO.
CCDI BBQ
This past weekend, we had over 150 people attend the CCDI BBQ at Howdershell Park in Florissant. Many mentors, students, apprentices, scholarship recipients and their families enjoyed a perfect day and great BBQ! And special thanks to our school partners for also having representation at the event: Missouri S&T, Washington University in St. Louis, Ritenour School District High School, Jennings School District High School & North Tech High School.
