Trenton, a CCDI Mentee and a Build Your Future Scholarship recipient, job shadowed with Paynecrest Electric and toured a local Clayco jobsite.

CCDI Mentor Rick Moeckel joined his Mentee Darius Wherry for a birthday lunch! Darius is on summer break from Missouri Western and is working at Concrete Strategies shop for the summer.

Steven Graves was awarded the Build Our Future Scholarship! Steven is a graduate from North Tech High School and will be attending Missouri Western State University this fall studying Engineering. He is currently completing a summer internship with SCI Engineering, Inc.

Divine Aldelman and our interns (Eva Mich and Michael Laaker) at Ozark Steel had a good tour of Ozark Steel’s shop and our Centene Farmington jobsite, followed by team lunch! Eva and Michael also gave Divine some great tips on succeeding in college.

Apprentice Scholar Malik Johnson who recently turned journeyman (2016 North Tech Graduate) helped select new tools for Bryan Keaton who begins work at Clayco in June as a apprentice laborer. Malik will help provide mentoring to Bryan. Good luck to Bryan with your new career!
